The Manx MSA Summer Ball is getting close, so here's a brief run through for the evening;

Date, 1st July, venue is The Palace Cushag Suite, 7.15pm with a drinks reception in Whispers Bar from 6.45pm. Dress code is Black Tie, welcome speech by our Compère for the evening Pete Sutton and a few words on behalf of the charity by Head of Communications, Niall Carey.

The Palace will then bringing out the food courtesy of Pokerstars (who have supported us from inception in 2015), there will be 4 bottles of wine on each table.

Raffle tickets will be on sale throughout the evening, prizes include a 22 inch Samsung flat screen TV, a microwave, framed collection of Manx cyclist stamps, lots of vouchers and other goodies.

The raffle will be drawn shortly after the auction. Auction prizes include a Liverpool football signed by Kevin Keegan donated by Tibi Hair & Beauty, an intriguing piece of art by Eileen Miles, a Gibraltar resident, an acrylic and gold leaf modern painting on stretched canvas donated by the artist, and our main auction prize very kindly donated by William Mummery is a two week stay in a Villa in Florida, 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, pool, in Gleneagles which is on a golf course and just a short drive to Disney. Accomodation is for two weeks but flexible ie no prob if few days longer (Bill is very flexible) 6 adults 2 children maximum and although xmas 2017 is available at the moment, TT 2018 has gone.

The entertainment begins with live Band "Soul Suspects" courtesy of Mark at Long & Humphrey and then over to you to dance well into the night. The Band should finish around 12.30pm; we recommend you arrange carriages shortly after.

Get your table plans back with any dietary requirements ASAP if you haven't done so already, we need to confirm soon with the Hotel.

Lastly, The Palace have a discounted room rate for the evening of Bed & Breakfast Single Occupancy - £62.00, Double Occupancy - £70.00. Please contact the Hotel directly by calling their in-house reservations team on 01624 697070, quoting the event. Exclusions apply.
